摘要
为了满足我国高新技术领域,尤其是航空航天及航海事业的大力发展对各种磁性材料性能及检测要求,针对当前手动方式测量的磁天平带来的人为测量误差及工作效率低等问题,设计了一种自动磁天平系统。介绍了系统电磁铁设计、电控平移台设计、位移测量装置设计、测控系统设计以及达到的主要技术指标。应用结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度、测量效率高,操作方便快捷,可以满足高新技术领域科研、生产等过程中磁天平测量的要求。
In view of artificial measurement error and low efficiency by the current manual measuring way in the field of magnetic detection, along with the rapid development of Chinese high-tech fields, especially in aviation and aerospace, a kind of automatic magnetic balance system is developed to meet the fast and accurate detection requirements of various magnetic material properties. The mechanism design, measurement & control system design and the main technical indicators are also described. The application results show that the automatic magnetic balance system can work stably and reliably, and the test capacity of the system is effectively expanded because of higher precision, higher measuring efficiency and more convenient operation, so the is reasonable and the system can satisfy design the testing requirements in the process such as scientific research, manufacture, etc.
