摘要
根据麦可思公司(MyCOS)"海南大学应届毕业生半年后跟踪调研"项目数据,对本科毕业生月收入的影响因素进行实证分析,结果表明:性别、专业类别、工作与专业对口、就业单位类型、大学期间成绩优良、获得校级以上奖励、曾经担任社团干部、家庭职业阶层属于大学生毕业半年后月收入的显著影响因素;大学期间就业辅导对于毕业生月收入不存在显著相关性.
According to the data from "Hainan University Current Year' s Graduates Six-Month-Later Tracking Research Project" directed by MyCos Company, an empirical analysis on the factors affecting monthly wages of college graduates was performed. The results showed that the significant factors includes gender, professional categories, jobs and professional counterparts, employment unit type, good performance, more rewards, experi- ence of serving as community cadres, family professional classes. The empirical results also suggested that there is no significant correlation between employment counseling and monthly income of college graduates.
