摘要
目的：评价应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉（ PFNA）治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011-2013年间应用PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者30例的临床资料。结果30例均获得随访，随访时间3～24个月，平均9个月，术后X线定期复查显示骨折均临床愈合，愈合时间为12～19周，平均愈合时间为15周，并发1例下肢深静脉血栓形成。术后进行Harris髋关节评分：优20例，良8例，中2例，优良率93．3％。结论 PFNA是一种新型的髓内固定系统，具有创伤小、术中出血少，术后并发症少、并可早期活动等优点，是高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的一种较好的治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（PFNA） in the application of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture .Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 30 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture who were treated with PFNA in our hospital .Results 30 patients were followed up after discharge ,follow-up time was 3~24 months, with an average of 9 months.All patients received a first phase of bone healing by reexamining X ray film ,healing time was 12 to19 weeks,with an average of 15 weeks.No evident complications were found except deep venous thrombosis occurred in 2 patients.The re-sult of clinical efficacy analysis according to Harris hip scores have been seen ：excellent in 20 cases,good jn 8 cases,average in 2 cases and the excellent and good rate is 93.3%.Conclusion PFNA is the preferred treatment for elderly patients with fractures of intertro-chanteric.fracture as a new intramedullary fixation system with the advantages of simple ,shorter operative time,less trauma,fewer com-plications,and early activities,etc.
