摘要
目的评价《医院感染管理临床工作手册》的应用效果。方法根据《医院感染管理办法》要求,结合医院工作实际,自行设计了表格化的《医院感染管理临床工作手册》,应用于医院感染管理。比较应用手册前后医院感染管理各项质量指标,同时调查临床医护人员对手册应用效果的评价意见。结果医院感染管理质量指标包括环境卫生学监测、医护人员手卫生规范、复用医疗用品处理、医疗废物管理、无菌技术操作等较手册应用前均有所提高,91%的临床医护人员认为手册使用便捷,96%的医护人员对手册使用较满意,医院感染管理工作得到加强。结论《医院感染管理临床工作手册》的应用规范了医院感染管理日常工作,有效提高了医院感染管理工作质量和管理效能。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nosocomial infection control manual.Methods According to “Nosocomial Infection Control Measures”requirements,designed the form of nosocomial in-fection control clinical manual combined with the actual situation in hospital,and applied the manual in nosocomial infection control.The research compared the results of nosocomial infection control quality indi-cators before and after the manual was used.Meanwhile,we also investigated the hospital staff opinions on the application of the manual.Results The nosocomial infection management quality indicators including environmental hygiene monitoring,medical staff hand hygiene standards,treatment of reused medical supplies,medical waste management,aseptic technique were all improved after the use of manual.91% of the hospital staff said the manual was easy to use and 96% of the hospital staff were satisfied with manual. Nosocomial infection control has been strengthened.Conclusion The application of nosocomial infection control clinical manual normalize the routine work of the nosocomial infection management,and improve the quality of nosocomial infection management and management effectiveness.
