摘要
"十二五"时期,新的社会环境和相关政策为县级公共图书馆的建设发展带来了新机遇,探析目前我国县级公共图书馆建设中存在的问题,结合各方面新的有利条件,提出了发展思路与对策。
In ＂Twelfth Five -Year＂ period the new social circumstances has brought new social condition and poli- cies for the better development of the county level public library. This article analyzed existing problems in con- struction of the county public libraryes, and then proposed suggestions for their better development, combined with the favorable conditions which ＂Twelfth Five -Year＂ brought.
