According to the current management status of enterprise culture in Mining Machinery Maintenance Branch,Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group,the author introduced the details of building safety culture,quality culture,innovation culture,and training culture to improve enterprise management level,improve staffs overall quality and cast the role in promoting development of the enterprise.
