摘要
目的观察小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月收治的小儿呼吸道感染患者75例,其中对照组37例,采用常规抗炎、抗病毒治疗。观察组38例,在对照组治疗基础上加用小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗。结果观察组有效率为94.74%,对照组有效率78.38%。两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组。结论小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective Clinical observation of the respiratory tract of infantile Feirekechuan oral liquid in the treatment of infection in children. Methods 75 patients from January 2013 to January 2014 were respiratory tract infections in children, including 37 cases in the control group, the conventional anti-inflammatory, antiviral therapy. Conclusion The curative effect of infantile Feirekechuan oral liquid in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection is remarkable, is worth the clinical promotion.
