摘要
本文分析了国内高标准农田的建设标准化现状和问题。在研究了相关政策文件及已发布的国家、行业标准的基础上,构建了高标准农田建设标准体系。简要介绍了湖南省高标准农田建设系列地方标准的编制过程,并解析了相关内容及关键技术指标。
The paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of well-facilitated farmland construction standardization. Based on the existing national and industrial standards, as well as relevant policy documents, the paper sets up the standard system of well-facilitated farmland construction, introduces the development process of Hunan provincial standards and analyzes the related content and technical indicators of the provincial standards.
