摘要
目的:调查了解某医院医务人员的心理健康状况和压力应对方式,为进一步做好心理健康维护与管理提供依据。方法:采用北师大辅仁应用心理发展中心开拓者测评档案管理系统中的症状自评量表(SCL-90)和压力应对方式问卷对某医院98名医务工作者进行调查。结果:该医院医务人员心理健康总分及各因子分高于全国常模(P<0.05)。大多数的医务人员采用的压力应对方式是随机型和综合型;逃避型应对、直接面对与心理健康总分及各因子分呈现显著正相关。结论:该医院医务人员心理健康状况不容乐观;医务工人员的压力应对方式影响其心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the mental health and coping styles of medical staff in earthquake stricken area and to provide evidence for mental health maintenance and management.Methods We investigated 98 medical staff by using Symptom Checklist 90 and stress coping style questionnaire.Results There was statistically significant difference between the scores and the nation norm.Coping styles used by most of the medical staff are stochastic or comprehensive.Analysis showed a negative correlation between avoidant coping,directly facing and mental health.Conclusions The mental health of medial staff in earthquake stricken area is poorer,and the coping style influences the mental health state.
