摘要
目的：探讨老年病房护士心理弹性及认知情绪，并分析两者的相关性。方法采用中文简化版心理弹性问卷（ CD-RISC）、认知情绪调节量表对53名老年病房护士进行问卷调查。结果53名护士心理弹性水平总体较低，总均分为（51．33±±7．52）分，心理弹性问卷（CD-RISC）总分高年资护士得分高于低年资护士，非独生子女得分高于独生子女，差异均有统计学意义（ t值分别为-4．740，-3．688；P＜0．01）。53名护士认知情绪调节得分为87～134分，平均分为（107．13±12．26）分。心理弹性总分及坚韧、自强、乐观维度与认知情绪调节中的接受、积极重新关注、重新关注计划、积极重新评价、理性分析均呈正相关，与认知情绪调节中的责备自己、沉思、灾难化呈负相关。结论老年病房护士心理弹性水平较低，护士的心理弹性与认知情绪调节存在相关性。
Objective To study the correlation of resilience and cognitive emotion regulation of clinical nurses in geriatric ward .Methods The Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale （ CD-RISC） and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were applied in this survey to survey 53 clinical nurses in geriatric wards . Results The surveyed nurses’ resilience were at a low level, with a total score of （51.33 ±7.52）.High qualification nurses ’ score was higher than low qualification nurses .And the scores of the nurses in the non-only-child family were higher than the nurses in the only-child family .The differences were significant （ t =-4.740, -3.688, respectively;P〈0.01）.The total CD-RISC score was （107.13 ±12.26）.There were positive correlations between the total score of the CD-RISC and the elements of tenacity , self reliance and optimism, and negative correlations between the total score of the CD-RISC and the elements of self-blame, acceptance and rumination .Conclusions The clinical nurses ’ resilience in geriatric wards is at a low level . There is correlation between resilience and cognitive emotion regulation .
