摘要
通过检索相关文献，对手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症作用机制研究的不同方向进行总结，发现其作用机制研究多从生物力学、影像学比较、炎症介质等方面进行，但具体机制目前仍不明确。
Through pertinent literatures retrieval, the different research directions on mechanism of manipulation for lumbar disc herniation was sum-marized, which had found that the mechanism researches were mostly undergoing from aspects such as biomechanics, imaging comparison and in-flammatory mediators, but the specific mechanism is still not clear.
