摘要
利用2004~2012年吉林省9个市(州)的粮食投入与产出面板数据建立柯布-道格拉斯随机前沿生产函数模型,对粮食生产的技术效率和影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,吉林省粮食生产的平均技术效率为71.36%,还有很大的提高潜力。吉林省今后应依靠稳定粮食播种面积、加大物质投入、加快土地流转、加强西部地区的农田水利建设、加大科研开发及技术推广力度、加强对农民的技能培训和科技服务,提供粮食高效生产的人力资源支撑能力等来提高粮食生产技术效率。
In this paper, a stochastic Cobb-Douglas production frontier was specified to estimate technical efficiency of grain production and study the determinants of technical efficiency. Based on the panel data of grain production in Jilin Province during the period of 2004~2012. The technical efficiency of grain production is 0.7983, which indicates that there are great additional potentials on the technical efficiency.The relative countermeasures should be taken such as keeping the grain-granting area stable, increasing investment in material, speeding up the land circulation, strengthening the farmland water conservancy construction in the western region, strengthening scientific research and technology promotion, and the training of farmers, science and technology service, providing efficient grain production ability of human resources supports.
