摘要
当前随着中国的水务市场准入管制逐步开放,国有资本、民营资本、外商资本争相进入我国水务行业,中国的水务市场取得了蓬勃的发展,水务企业也因此迈入了激烈的市场竞争。首先对我国水务行业竞争主体的情况进行了梳理,通过对三个典型水务集团管理现状的分析和比较,得出我国水务企业管理的启示,并归纳出成功的水务企业应该具备的关键因素,最后构建出我国水务企业的发展模式。
Following the gradual opening of water market access regulation in China, state-owned capital, private capital and foreign capital have entered China＇ s water industry, China＇ s water market has made rapid progress, water companies have also taken part in the fierce market competition. The situation of China＇ s water industry competition main body was investigated. The management status quo of three typical water groups at home and abroad was analyzed and compared. The enlightenment of manage- ment of water companies in China was obtained, the key factors for a successful water company were sum- marized, and the development model of water enterprises in China was constructed.
