摘要
早期预警评分有助于及早识别危重患者并应对病情恶化。皇家医师学院推荐将英国早期预警评分（ NEWS）用于所有成年患者的常规临床评估。研究显示，NEWS在判断患者出现心脏骤停、ICU入住率及24 h病死率方面优于其他早期预警评分。
Early warning scores （EWS） are recommended as part of the early recognition and response to patient deterioration .The Royal College of Physicians recommends the use of a National Early Warning Score （ NEWS ） for the routine clinical assessment of all adult patients .NEWS has a greater ability to discriminate patients at risk of the combined outcome of cardiac arrest , unanticipated ICU admission or death within 24 h of a NEWS value than other EWSs .
