摘要
男幼师在幼儿园的作用日益凸显,对男幼师的培养和管理已成为目前急需解决的大问题。结合自身班级管理实际,在分析当前幼师班级男生管理存在的主要问题的情况下,提出做好幼师班级男生管理工作的管理策略及建议。
Male teachers in kindergartens have become increasingly prominent. The cultivation anti management of male pre - school teachers has become a big problem. Combined with practical class management, this present paper analyzed the main problems existing in male student management in pre -school colleges to propose some management strategies and suggestions.
