摘要 在海难事故发生时,淡水对于救生艇上人员生存安全具有非常重要的意义。结合救生艇的海洋工作环境,对半导体制冷结露空气造水装置进行改进,设计了1种适用于全封闭式救生艇的小型化造水装置。该装置主要特点是通过半导体热端对海水进行加热,并用加热后的海水加湿空气。根据该造水装置的原理改进了造水装置产水率的数学模型,并运用Matlab软件对该装置的产水率进行数值计算,得到各个工况下该装置的产水率。结果表明,通过增加加湿过程,造水装置的产水率相对于传统方法在夏季可以提高67.4%,冬季可以提高600%,该装置解决了传统造水方法在冬季无法提供乘员的基本用水问题。由于采用海水加湿会导致淡水中含有少量盐分,但是含有少量盐分的淡水并不会伤害人体。 Fresh water is very important to the survival of those who stay in the lifeboat.With consideration of the working conditions of the lifeboat,this study improves the structure original fresh water generator.Then,a small fresh water generator is designed,which is applied to enclosed lifeboat.The key feature of the small fresh water generator is that the seawater which is used to moisten the air is heated by the hot end of semiconductor.Furthermore,the mathematical model of the system is improved.The rate of water production is calculated by using Matlab software in all kinds of working conditions.The result shows that the rate of water production is increased by adding the humidity of the incoming air.In summer,the rate of water production increased by 67.4% while in winter,the rate of water production increased by 600%,which solved the problem that the traditional method cannot provide fresh water.The higher water salinity is the weak point of the small fresh water generator;however,the water containing a small amount of salt have no harm to the human body.
