摘要
本文应用地理信息系统技术,结合2003年上海市户籍人口死亡数据和气象数据,构建上海市户籍人口死亡数据库,实现数据库的空间查询与统计、动态监测、专题制图等功能。在此数据库基础上,对上海市死亡病例的时空特征进行分析,结果表明:2003年上海市户籍人口死亡人数随时间呈现出冬夏季高、春秋季低的趋势,总体死亡人数市区比郊区高,患心血管类疾病的死亡率市区高于郊区,而患呼吸类疾病的死亡率则郊区高于市区,户籍死亡人数在空间上随着从市区到郊区的距离呈现递减,递减规律可用三次多项式函数很好拟合。
Using all-cause mortality datasets in the year of 2003, Shanghai and meteorological data, an ur- ban human mortality geodatabase was established based upon the geographic information system. The geo- database has fundamental functions of data inquiry and statistics, dynamic monitoring and thematic map- ping. The spatial characteristics of all-cause mortality was further analyzed utilizing the geodatabase, the re- sults shows that the daily all-cause mortality exhibited a W-shape over time, i.e. the higher values oc- curred in winter and summer, but lower values in spring and autumn. The all-cause mortality was higher in urban area than that in suburban and rural areas. The cardiovascular mortality rate in urban area was higher than that in suburban and rural areas, while respiratory mortality rate in urban area was lower than that in suburban and rural areas. The all-cause mortality declined with the distance from urban center to rural area in Shanghai which can be well fitted with cubic polynomial.
