摘要
大同煤矿集团公司晋华宫矿7-4#层307盘区5709巷在开拓期间遇见长度90多m的断层群。为保证巷道在掘进、回采期间的生产安全,合理控制断层群巷道破碎顶板,基于松动圈支护理论、全断面强力锚索支护体系等支护理论,进行断层群巷道顶板控制设计,应用锚索吊梁、贴帮锚索等支护技术,采取短掘进、快支护的施工方法,控制住了断层群巷道破碎顶板,巷道顶板在掘进、回采期间没有出现冒落事故,取得了一定的经济效益。
More than 90 meters fault group is met in 7-4 # layer 307 panel 5709 lane of Jinhuagong Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group during mining. In order to ensure the production safety during gateway excavation and coal extraction, and reasonably control broken roof of fault group roadway, roadway roof control design of fault group is done based on loose circle supporting theorly and full face strong anchor cable support system etc., roadway broken roof of fault group is cotrolled by using the construction method of short excavation and fast support with anchor cable lifting beam and stick for anchor cable etc. There is no caving accident of roadway roof during gateway excavation and coal extraction, it achieves a certain economic benefit.
