胃淋巴上皮瘤样癌临床病理特征及诊治分析 被引量：7

摘要 淋巴上皮瘤样癌是指发生于鼻咽部以外、形态学特点与鼻咽未分化癌相似的一类肿瘤，其病理特点为癌块由肿瘤细胞巢团和淋巴基质组成。该病可发生于食管、唾液腺、肺、胸腺、宫颈、膀胱、输尿管、喉、皮肤、睾丸、肾盂和胆管等部位，而发生于胃的淋巴上皮瘤样癌（胃淋巴上皮瘤样癌， lymphoepithelioma-like gastric carcinoma，LELGC）则非常少见，最早由 Watanabe 等于1976年报道。目前国内报道较少，缺乏综合临床资料，术前诊断困难。
