摘要
以TC4钛合金为研究对象,分析钛合金经脉冲电流处理后的应力-应变曲线及微观形貌变化的规律,研究脉冲电流对其变形损伤性能的影响。结果表明,高强度脉冲电流处理可使钛合金板材保持塑性变形能力,提高板材的极限变形能力及伸长率、屈强比和屈服强度,改善组织缺陷,提高板材的成形性。同时脉冲电流处理还可以细化晶粒,改善合金强韧性,避免合金氧化。
Taking TC4 titanium alloy as research object, the deformation properties of the alloy were analyzed through the stress-strain curve and microstructure changes. The results show that the high frequency pulse current treatment can keep the plasticity deformation capability of the titanium alloy plate, increase the deformation limit, elongation, yield strength of the alloy plate, reduce the formation of defects and increase the formability of Ti-alloy sheet. Meanwhile, the pulse current treatment can also refine grain sizes of the alloy, improve the toughness and oxidation resistance of the material.
