摘要
目的:研究超声微创去龋后牙本质表面的形态和性质。方法:选取龋坏到牙本质的离体牙10颗,纵形切开后分为两组。实验组用超声微创去龋,对照组用牙钻去龋。使用激光拉曼光谱仪和扫描电镜分析两组牙本质表面的性质和形态。结果:两组拉曼峰形无明显不同;与对照组相比,实验组的牙本质表面较少玷污层、牙本质小管口呈开放状态,洞壁表面粗糙。结论:超声微创去龋能有效去除龋坏牙本质,并形成有利于复合树脂黏结的界面。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of ultrasonic caries removal on dentine surface. Methods: 10 extrac- ted molars with dentinal caries were semi--sectioned and divided into two groups. The ultrasonic group was excava- ted by ultrasonic caries removal and the drilling group was excavated by drilling. The dentine surface of the two groups was analyzed by Laser--Raman spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. Results: There was no sig- nificant difference on Raman spectra between the two groups. Less debris and thin smear layer were observed in the ultrasonic group than the drilling group. Orifices of dentinal tubule were open. Walls of cavity were rough. Conclu- sion: Ultrasonic caries removal can effectively remove carious lesion, and the dentine surface after ultrasonic treat- ment is suitable for adhesion of composite resin.
