巨型自由贸易协定:走向多边规则的垫脚石被引量：5

摘要 2008年国际金融危机以来,巨型自由贸易协定兴起成为区域经济合作的新特征。当今全球范围内正处于谈判阶段的巨型自由贸易协定包括跨太平洋伙伴关系协定、跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系协定、区域全面经济伙伴关系协定以及服务贸易协定等。全面理解巨型自由贸易产生的根源、内涵及其影响对于下一阶段中国的对外经济政策至关重要。在未来一个时期的国际贸易规则重构阶段,中国需要统筹考虑多边贸易体系与区域经济合作的关系,对贸易协定的谈判顺序和时机做出策略性安排,以达到最佳政策配置。
