高抛免振捣混凝土研究及其工程应用

摘要 采用高性能减水剂和复合膨胀剂双掺技术,使混凝土拌合物在获得较大流动性的同时,保持了较高的稳定性和抗离析性。试验结果表明,PCA聚羧酸减水剂能够在较长时间内持续改善浆体的流变性能,SCC复合膨胀剂则有利于提高浆体的塑性黏度,并使得混凝土具备一定的补偿收缩性能。所配制C60混凝土的坍落扩展度、T500指标和抗压强度指标均符合设计及规范要求,且1 h坍落扩展度损失小于10%,离析率小于7.5%。通过严格控制混凝土生产和施工工艺,高抛免振捣混凝土在某高层建筑的钢管混凝土中应用效果良好。 By mixing addition of superplasticizer and composite expansive admixture,concrete mixtures achieve higher mobility,stability,and anti-segregation ability simultaneously. Test results show that,PCA superplasticizer could continual improvement the rheological properties of slurry for a long time,SCC compound expansion agent could improve the plastic viscosity of slurry,and provide concrete with micro-expansion performance. The slump flow,T500 and compressive strength of C60 concrete preparation comply with the design and specifications,and 1 h slump flow loss is less than 10%,the segregation ratio is less than 7.5%. Through strict control of the production and construction technology,high dropping non vibration concrete application effect is sound in a super high-rise building of concrete filled steel tube.
