摘要
预应力混凝土箱梁的裂缝是影响桥梁安全运营的重要因素,某大桥是福银高速的一座重要桥梁,该桥混凝土箱梁存在多条竖向裂缝及个别U型贯通缝,威胁行车安全,影响桥梁的耐久性。为了确保桥梁的运营安全,研究分析混凝土箱梁裂缝出现的原因,对现有裂缝进行封闭或灌浆处理,并在出现开裂的预制箱梁两侧腹板跨中粘贴纤维布,抑制裂缝的进一步发展,从而提高结构耐久性,可为类似的桥梁加固工程提供参考。
Prestressed concrete box girder crack is an important factor that influence on the safe operation of bridges.The certain bridge is an important bridge of Fuyin expressway on which many vertical cracks and several U-shape cut-through cracks exist threatening to the safety of the traffic on the bridge and influence the durability of the bridge.In order to ensure the operation safety of the bridge,the causes of the concrete box girder cracks have been studied and researched to close or grout the existing cracks and fiber cloth has been pasted on web plates on both sides of the precast concrete box girders where cracks appeared to inhibit further development of the cracks so as to improve the durability of the structure and provide reference for similar engineering project of bridge reinforcement.
