摘要
为了合理选择干线公路沥青路面结构设计参数,提高其在使用年限内的性能,应用BISAR程序,选取代表路段,分析了干线公路沥青路面结构参数对基层底面应力的影响,并采用正交试验法进行了结构层参数变化的敏感性分析.研究结果表明:面层底部压应力与基层底部拉应力随着各结构层厚度的增大均逐渐减小,而路面各结构层模量的变化对结构层应力影响不同,面层底部压应力与基层底部拉应力基本随着面层与基层模量的增大而上升,而随着底基层与土基模量的增大则减小.对基层层底应力,各因素影响显著性程度不一样,基层与底基层厚度与模量的变化对其影响显著.因此在干线公路沥青路面设计与施工中,应注重基层与底基层的厚度与刚度.
In order to choose asphalt pavement structural parameters of trunk road reasonably ,and improve its performance during the life ,the influence of pavement structural parameters on bottom stress of surface and base in representative road section was analyzed with BISAR program .And the sensitivity of structural parameters with orthogonal design was introduced .The research results show that the compressive stress of surface layer bottom and tensile stress of base layer bottom decrease gradually with the increase of structure thickness ,and structural stress is affected by various pavement structure thickness and modulus .Both of the compressive stress of surface layer bottom and tensile stress of base layer bottom increase with the increase of modulus of surface and base ,and decrease with the increase of modulus of subbase and subgrade .For tensile stress of base bottom ,the significant degree of all factors is different ,w hile the influence of thickness and modulus of base and sub-base are bigger .T herefore ,during asphalt pavement design and construction of arterial highway ,more attention should be paid to the thickness and stiffness of base and sub-base .
