摘要
针对某雷达铝质栅网天线装配钎焊制造过程中存在的一些质量缺陷问题,从制造工艺环节进行了分析与试验.通过试验,发现在合理的钎焊工艺条件下,要满足栅网天线设计要求,实现工作曲面不翘变和满意的钎缝质量,对纵、横板条切口宽度、切口间距的加工精度和位置偏差的一致性应有严格的要求.研究结果表明:合理的钎焊工艺及板条切口加工精度对钎焊质量都是至关重要的.
Aiming at the difficulties existing in vacuum brazing of a radar antenna assembly , experiments and analysis were carried out .The existing problems in manufacturing process were analyzed .T he results indicate :In addition to reasonable brazing technology ,strict precision requirements for kerf width and spacing of slats were necessary for the success of vacuum brazing .The results show that reasonable brazing technology and strict machining precision for kerf are vital to the brazing quality .
