Optimization of the prescription of oil-in-water type cream matrix and the preparation process

摘要 目的:优选水包油型乳膏基质处方及其制备工艺。方法:以基质的性状外观、稳定性、保湿性为考察指标,筛选水包油型乳膏基质处方;以乳化时间、搅拌速度、乳化温度、乳化方法为考察因素,采用正交试验优选水包油型乳膏基质的制备工艺。结果:优良的基质处方及制备工艺为:十六醇4.5 g、十八醇4.5 g、二甲基硅油20.0g、霍霍巴油2.0g、单硬脂酸甘油酯7.4 g、十二烷基硫酸钠2.0g、甘油10.0g、山梨酸0.1 g、水加至100 g;搅拌速度350 r·min-1、搅拌温度80℃、搅拌15 min、水相加入油相法。结论:优选得到的基质洁白、细腻、有光泽、稠度适宜、易涂布、稳定性好,基质制备工艺稳定可行。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation techniques through screening good quality of oil-in-water type cream matrix.METHODS The preparation technology of cream matrix was studied using orthogonal design,taking the external appearance forms,the stability and moisturizing effect of the creams as the investigation index.The 4 kinds of main influencing factors(emulsion time,stirring speed,emulsion temperature and emulsion method)were screened.RESULTS The best cream matrix prescription and preparation technology were as follows:cetyl alcohol 4.5 g,stearyl alcohol 4.5 g,dimethicone 20 g,jojoba oil 2 g,glyceryl monostearate 7.4 g,sodium lauryl sulfate 2 g,glycerin 10 g,sorbic acid 0.1 g,adding water to 100 g;stirring speed 350 r·min-1,stirring temperature 80℃,mixing 15 min,water phase by adding oil phase.CONCLUSION The high quality of cream matrix has a spotlessly white,luster,easy to daub and stable quality,the preparation technology is reliable and practical.
