摘要
目的：探讨保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头状瘤病毒（ HPV）感染的临床价值。方法将260例患者按患者自愿分为观察组和对照组，每组130例。观察组采用微波联合保妇康栓治疗，对照组采用单纯微波治疗。记录两组治愈时间、排液时间、阴道出血例数、出血时间、疗效和治疗后的HPV FQ-PCR结果，以评价不同方法的临床效果。结果观察组治愈率为96.92%，治疗后的 HPV FQ-PCR阴性率为85.39%，明显高于对照组的治愈率（68.46%）和治疗后的HPV FQ-PCR阴性率（72.31%），P﹤0.05。观察组术后出血24例，平均出血时间（12.0±1.7）d，排液时间（11.0±1.6）d，平均治愈时间（7.2±1.4）周。上述指标与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论与单纯应用微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染相比，保妇康栓联合微波治疗虽然不能有效提升治疗的总有效率，但是可以显著提高治愈率，改善HPV FQ-PCR阴性情况，并减少术后出血、缩短术后出血时间、排液时间和治愈时间，值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Baofukang suppository combined with microwave on chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods Two hundred and sixty patients were voluntarily divided into observation group and control group,with 130 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given microwave combined with Baofukang suppository,and the patients in control group were given microwave treatment only. The healing time,fluid drainage time,the number of cases of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,efficacy and post-treatment HPV FQ-PCR results were recorded,in order to evaluate the clinical effects of different methods. Results The cure rate was 96. 92% in observation group and 68. 46% in control group,and the HPV FQ-PCR negative rate was 85. 39% in observation group and 72. 31% in control group,there were significant differences（ P ﹤0. 05）. Postoperative bleeding was observed in 24 cases in observation group,the average bleeding time was（12. 0 ± 1. 7）d,the fluid drainage time was（11. 0 ± 1. 6）d,average healing time was（7. 2 ± 1. 4）weeks. There were significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups（ P ﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions Compared with the simple application of microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection,although Baofukang suppository combined with microwave treatment can not effectively enhance the total effective rate,but can significantly improve the cure rate and the HPV FQ-PCR negative situation,and reduce postoperative bleeding,shorten bleeding time,fluid drainage time and cure time,so is worthy popularizing in clinical applications.
