摘要 为了达到国家最新发布的《金属非金属地下矿山通风技术规范·通风系统鉴定指标AQ2013.5-2008》中对矿井通风系统的安全指标要求,需要改造旧有人工值守的井下通风系统成为可供地面远程实时监控及评估的自动化集散控制系统(DCS)。基于工业以太网TCP/IP协议及组态软件实现系统全面自动化改造,解决了不同海拔平面通风系统的监控组态子系统与总调中心监控系统之间的通信,并利用S7-300PLC系列解决了通风系统网络监控中不同厂商设备的通信问题。经运行验证,系统运行稳定可靠,安全经济,控制灵活,提高了矿山企业的生产效率和自动化建设水平。 In order to achieve the safety target of mine ventilation system in the most recent national release of Underground Metal & Nonmetal Mines Ventilation Technology Norms, Ventilation System Appraisal Index AQ2013. 5-2008, the old-fashioned manual-operated ventilation system needs to be transformed to a Distributed Control System (DCS) for long-distance real-time monitoring and assessment on the ground. Based on TCP/IP, the transformed automation system was fully achieved, and the communication between the interface of ventilation configuration control subsystem at different altitude plane and the main control center was implemented. The $7- 300 series PLC was used to solve the communication between various apparatus provided by different vendors. Operationally proven that the system was running stable and reliable, safe, economical and flexible control, and it improved the enterprise's productivity and the level of automation.
