摘要
分析了颚式破碎机(简称破碎机)齿板失效的主要原因和危害,提出改进齿板厚度、材质、减重孔、破矿形状、防松卡块孔等方法。齿板改进后取得良好效果。
The main reasons and harm causing by jaw plate failure were analyzed. The improving methods, such as increasing the thickness of jaw plate, improving the material, design lightening hole and lock block hole, were put forward. Good effect was obtained after the reformation of plate.
