摘要
某锑矿随开采深度的不断加大,矿井通风系统变得复杂,通风线路变长,通风阻力增大,风流短路,漏风严重,深部风量小,通风成本高,原通风系统已不能满足生产要求。因此,必须对其井下通风系统进行技术改造,采取优化通风网络结构,合理布置通风设施和通风构筑物,缩短通风回路等措施,提高矿井通风质量,保证矿井生产安全。
With the mining depth increasing in an antimony mine, the ventilation system becomes complex. The original ventilation system can not meet the production requirements and there were many problems in the mine ventilation system, such as the long ventilation line, the large ventilation resistance, short-circuit air, serious air leakage, small air volume in deep area, the high cost of ventilation. Therefore, the technical transformation of ventilation system must be carried out. In order to improve mine ventilation quality and ensure safety production, several measures were taken, such as the optimization of ventilation network structure, rational layout of ventilation and ventilation building and shortening ventilation circuit.
