摘要
通信行业要求从业人员有很强的营销意识和营销能力,但通信类专业学生在这两方面通常都比较欠缺。文章从分析通信类学生的就业方向出发,结合通信行业的发展需求,分析学生素质与行业要求不匹配的原因,并提出了切实可行的培养学生营销意识和营销能力途径的思考。
The communications industry requires practitioners to have a thorough knowledge of marketing consciousness and ability, but communications specialty students have defects in these two aspects. From the analysis of students' employment direction and combined with the demand for the communication industry development, this paper analyses the reasons of students' mismatching of personal quality and industry requests and proposes the feasible ways to cultivate students' marketing consciousness and ability.
