摘要
针对贵州某萤石选矿厂入选矿石性质变化导致选矿生产技术指标恶化的问题,进行了浮选新药剂制度研究,并在选矿工业生产中应用。工业生产获得的指标为:萤石精矿含CaF297.0%、CaCO31.0%、萤石回收率79.62%。与旧药剂制度下选矿厂的生产指标相比,新药剂制度推广后萤石精矿品位提高9个百分点,碳酸钙含量降低5.8个百分点。选矿生产获得了化工级高品质萤石精矿。
Based on the deterioration of technical indexes of mineral processing plant duo to the property changes of a fluorite ore in Guizhou, new reagent system test of flotation was conducted which was successfully applied in industrial production. Production indicators obtained after the application of new reagent system showed that the fluorite concentrate contained 97.0% CaF2 and 1.0% CaCO3 with fluorite recovery of 79.62%, compared with the original reagent system, the fluorite concentrate grade improved by 9 percentage points and the content of CaCO3 decreased by 5.8 percentage points. Chemical level high quality fluorite concentrate was obtained.
