摘要
某矽卡岩型多金属硫化矿床,其伴生贵金属的回收价值远大于原矿中所含其它有用矿物的回收价值,且原矿中各矿物交代共生,嵌布关系复杂,尤其是大部分的银矿物呈多种形式毗连镶嵌、包裹于各矿物晶格之间及独立矿物的边缘。针对以上特性,在采用传统工艺进行优先浮选依次分离得到铜精矿、铅精矿、锌精矿的基础上,改进选矿流程工艺,强化磨矿工艺并采用银活化剂LD对粗精矿进行诱导活化浮选,极大地提高了各含贵金属精矿的价值及伴生银的总回收率,银的总回收率达到了86.32%。该研究对国内同类型矽卡岩型伴生银矿山的工业生产改造提供了良好依据。
It is a skarn-type polymetallic sulfide ore deposit in which the valuable element of associated precious metals is far greater than other useful minerals contained in the ore. However, the minerals in the ore are in symbiosis relationship with complex embedded characteristics. In particular, most of the silver minerals are in various forms of adjoining mosaic, wrapped among the mineral lattice as well as the edges of independent minerals. Considering these above characteristics, based on the conventional flotation process of priority floatation to obtain the precious metals which are concentrated in the copper concentrate, lead concentrate and zinc concentrate, the improvement of beneficiation process was performed. By enhancing the grinding process and using of silver activator LD for induced activation flotation of rough concentrate flotation, the values of concentrate containing precious metals and the total recovery of associated silver can be significantly increased. The total recovery of silver reached 86.32%. The study could provide a good foundation for industrial production and transformation of domestic similarskarn-type associated silver ore deposit.
