摘要 针对可变功能机械设计分析的需要,提出了功能与零件的直接关联、间接关联及全关联概念,建立了功能与零件的直接关联矩阵,通过分析功能直接关联零件的设计变更可能性传播来定量描述功能与零件的间接关联值,从而确定功能与零件的全关联矩阵.在此基础上,提出功能耦合度的概念,构建了功能耦合矩阵,以综合耦合度评价可变功能机械的结构紧凑性,分析了可变功能机械各零件对系统功能的影响程度,为此类机械的设计分析提供了定量依据.最后通过对多功能组合钳的实例分析,说明所提出方法的可行性及其意义. To assist design analysis of the adaptable-function machines, in this paper a few concepts is first proposed including direct association, indirect association and complete association between function and components, and the direct incidence matrix between functions and components is built. It then quantitatively describes the indirect coupling value using the propagation of design change possibility for the constituent parts; thereby the complete incidence matrix is generated. Based on what is described, it proposes the concept of function coupling degree, builds the function coupling matrix, and then uses the comprehensive coupling degree to evaluate the structural compactness of the adaptable-function machines. In addition, it also analyzes the influence from the components on the functions in order to provide the quantitative foundation for the design analysis of the machines. Finally a case study concerning the multi-function pliers is presented to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
