摘要
通过搭建低压省煤器换热实验台,对换热器中常用的光管、翅片管在低温烟气中的换热特性进行了实验研究,拟合得到了光管与翅片管烟气侧对流放热系数的回归公式,拟合相关度分别为0.985与0.972。结果表明:在相同条件下,翅片管的传热系数约是光管的1.55~2倍,且随着烟气速度的增加,换热系数增大。
Through the heat transfer test of low pressure economizer, researches were done for light tubes and finned tubes which often used in heat exchanger. We get the regression equation of convective heat transfer coefficients for light tubes and fin tubes. Fitting correlation are 0.985 and 0.972. The heat transfer coefficient of finned tube is 1.55-2 times higher than light tube under the same condition, and it's enhanced with the increase of gas velocity.
