摘要
我国公民通过网络的政治参与已成为公民政治参与的重要组成部分。文章分析了公民网络参政议政对公共政策的影响,阐明了我国公共政策网络助推模型的主体及其作用,并以微博为例分析其模型,结合案例来展现其运作机制,最后对其存在的问题提出建议。
In China, citizens＇ participating in politics through the network has become an important part of political participations. This paper analyzes the influences of citizens＇ network participation and discussion in politics on public policies, clarifies the main body and the function of network boost mode, analyzes the mode taking the micro - blog as an example, showed its operation mechanism combined with the case, and finally puts forward suggestions on the existing problems.
