摘要
文章在设计低损耗太赫兹光子晶体光纤的基础上,利用光学设计软件Zemax设计了一种焦距为24.80mm、厚度为2.00mm、有效孔径为6.25mm的Topas COC(环烯烃共聚物)太赫兹单透镜。该透镜能有效提高太赫兹光束与波导的耦合,耦合效率可达75.01%。运用Zemax和Matlab软件分析了太赫兹波导与耦合系统在对接出现误差情况下对耦合效率的影响,并分别给出了存在横向偏差与角度偏差情况下的耦合效率变化曲线。研究结果可为太赫兹传输技术提供理论参考。
On the basis of the design of low-loss terahertz photonic crystal fibers, this paper designs, on the basis of the optical design software Zemax, a Topas COC terahertz single-lens with focal length of 24.80 mm, thickness of 2 mm and effective ap-erture of 6.25 mm, which effectively improves the coupling between the terahertz beam anct waveguide oy as hign as 75.01% It analyzes the impacts of the docking system error between the terahertz waveguide and coupling system on the coupling efficiency using Zemax and Matlab and gives the coupling efficiency variation curves when lateral and angular deviations exist. The study results provide a theoretical basis for terahertz transmission technology.
