摘要
目的:分析小儿烧伤后发生无热惊厥的原因,探讨积极的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析我院29例发生无热惊厥烧伤患儿的临床资料和护理措施。结果:电解质紊乱、休克、脑水肿、感染及酸碱平衡失调等是小儿烧伤后发生无热惊厥的主要诱因。结论:休克期、感染期是小儿烧伤后无热惊厥的高发期,护士必须严密观察患儿病情,合理输液防治休克,及时纠正电解质紊乱,积极预防脑水肿等,以此有效降低无热惊厥的发生。
Objective：Analysis of the causes of non fever convulsion in children with burns, and explore the nursing strategy of positive. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 29 cases of clinical data and nursing measures of non fever convulsion of children with burn in our hospital. Results：Electrolyte is disorder, shock, cerebral edema, infection and acid-base imbalance is the main inducement of the non fever convulsion in children with burns. Conclusion：Shock, infection period is a period of high incidence of non fever convulsion in burned chil- dren, nurses must condition were closely observed, rational transfusion control shock, timely correction of electrolyte imbalance, active prevention of cerebral edema, so as to effectively reduce the incidence of non fever convulsion.
