摘要
随着科技进步和社会发展 ,科研管理与科研保障工作所遵循的传统的管理模式与思维方法已越来越与科研单位自身发展需求不相适应。本文从分析新时期科研管理和科研保障工作的特点着手 ,阐述了科研工作的发展形势对管理工作者和保障人员素质要求的观点 ;
Along with the scientific and technological progress and social development, the conventional managerial patterns and the thinking methods are not reasoned with the demands of the self development of the research academies and institutes. Beginning with the description of the characteristics of the scientific administration and ensurence, it is expounded in this article that the demands on the management and ensurence workers and proposed interrelated suggestions for the administration and ensurence of the scientific research.
