摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育在首次住院青年脑卒中患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取首次住院治疗的青年脑卒中患者230例,在治疗原发病和康复训练的同时,分别在入院时、急性期、康复期、出院前、出院后实施有针对性的全程健康教育。结果实施全程健康教育后,青年脑卒中患者的复发率降低,脑卒中相关知识掌握情况和对护理的满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论对首次住院青年脑卒中患者实施全程健康教育科学、有效,可作为脑卒中护理工作的一种制度化、常规化的干预措施在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of whole health education in nursing management of young stroke patients hospitalized for the first time.Methods Totally,230 young stroke patients hospitalized for the first time received targeted whole health education at admission,acute stage,convalescence stage,before and after discharge besides receiving cure of primary disease and rehabilitation training.Results After the whole health education,young stroke patients＇recurrence rate,stroke related knowledge and satisfaction with nursing were significantly higher than those before the intervention （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The whole health education of young stroke can be used as a kind of systematic,conventional nursing treatment of stroke in clinical application which is both scientific and effective.
