摘要
文章在介绍了日本医院护理岗位的设置、护士的种类、人力资源配置、考核与晋级、薪金待遇等内容的基础上,针对我国护理岗位管理现状提出了推广护理部的垂直管理方式、推广护士分层管理、加强护理教育促进专科护士发展的建议,以期为我国护理岗位管理提供参考。
On basis of introducing the hospital nursing post setting,nurse type,nurse staffing,assessment and promotion,salary and so on in Japan,this paper put forward suggestions aiming at nursing post management status in China,including promoting vertical management mode of ntursing department,nurse stratified management,strengthening nursing education,and promoting the development of nurse specialists,so as to provide references for nursing post management in China.
