摘要
文章分别阐述冗余技术在工业网络控制层、网络层和管理层中的应用,分析冗余控制技术的工作原理、组态设计和优化方案。在联合重载试运转期间,依据不同的假设条件,模拟工业控制网络中偶发性的中断事件,考验了冗余控制网络的健壮性。通过试运转结论得出冗余技术是改善工业控制系统可靠性、稳定性和安全性的有效手段。
The article expound the application of redundancy technique in industrial network control layer, network layer and management layer, analyses working principle, conifguration design and optimization scheme of redundancy control technology. During the united overload test run, it can simulated sporadic interruption in industrial control network according to different assumptions, and test robustness of network in redundant control. Through the conclusion of test run can pointed out that redundancy technique is effective to improving reliability, stability and security in control system.
