摘要
下运带式输送机驱动电机因下滑作用常处于发电状态运行,普遍存在"飞车"等技术难题。本文探索采用分段阻尼技术,根据下运工作面运输巷倾角变化情况,对输送带施加不同的阻尼力,使下运输送机处于电动状态,很好地解决了下运带式输送机下运"飞车"难题。
The downward belt conveyor is in generating state during working, widely existing "runaway" and other technical dififculties. This paper explored the piecewise damping technology, according to the changes of the headentry angle, applied different damping forces on the conveyor belt, so that the conveyor are in electric mode, and solved the downward belt conveyor "runaway"problem.
