摘要 针对现有秸秆粉碎旋耕播种复式作业机具存在传动方案布置不合理,传动效率低、作业效果不理想等实际问题,设计一种新型秸秆还田播种机,阐述该机具的总体结构和传动系统工作原理,并采用UG软件对传动系统进行虚拟设计和运动仿真。通过仿真结果表明,该机具传动系统结构紧凑,传动比分配符合要求,各机构传动平稳,能实现秸秆粉碎、旋耕整地、播种、覆土、镇压一次性复式作业。 According to the current problems of the straw chopping rotary tillage seeding compound unit, such as unreasonable transmission scheme, lower transmission efficiency and non-ideal operating effects, etc., a straw returning and fertilization seeder was designed. The overall structure and working principle were introduced, and the design and kinematics simulation of the drive system based on UG were accomplished. The system has reasonable structure and ratio, and can realize straw chopping, rotary tillage, soil preparation, seeding and fertilization at one time.
