摘要
通过电子金相、硬度计等检测手段,分析GCr15SiMn轴承辊道盐淬后硬度偏低的原因。针对此原因,改进热处理工艺、对淬火介质进行活化,有效避免了此类缺陷的发生。
The causes of GCr15 SiMn bearing roller quenching hardness low salt were analyzed by electron microscopy,hardness and other detection methods. For this reason, the heat treatment process was improved, and quenching medium was activated, which can effectively avoid such defects.
