摘要
建立了某固定管板釜式再沸器的有限元分析模型,计算了其操作工况下换热管的轴向应力,并对换热管各项应力进行了评定,同时应用JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》所述方法对该再沸器换热管轴向应力进行简化计算。结果表明,2种方法计算所得的最大轴向压应力均位于管束中心,其值仅相差4.5%;有限元法求得的换热管最大拉应力位于管束上部,其值约为JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》简化方法计算结果的1.8倍,说明不宜采用简化方法对固定管板釜式再沸器换热管轴向应力进行计算。
A finite element analysis model of a fixed tubesheet kettle-type reboiler was built,and the axial stress of tubes under operation condition was calculated and was acceptable after evaluation.Meanwhile,simplified axial stress calculation was done according to JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels—— Design by Analysis.Both of the results indicate the maximum compressive stress of tubes is located at the bundle center,only 4.5 % difference between them,and the maximum tensile stress based on the finite element method is located at bundle top,1.8 times of that based on JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels Design by Analysis method.After comparison,it is not proper to analyze the axial stress of tubes on fixed tubesheet kettle-type reboiler using the simplified method.
