摘要
目的：探讨阴道脱落细胞学检查方法及临床意义。方法探讨2013年6月～2014年6月对30例行阴道脱落细胞学检查方法资料进行分析。结果炎症16例， CIN13例，其中CIN10例，CINII2例，CINⅢ1例。宫颈癌1例为宫颈原位癌。结论观察女性生殖道脱落上皮细胞形态，可作为阴道上皮内瘤样病变的筛选方法。方法简便是防癌筛查和妇科内分泌检查不可缺少的方法。
ObjectiveThe inspection methods of vaginal cytology and its clinical treatment significance to be investigated.Methods Analyzing the data of inspection methods of vaginal cytology selected from 30 cases from June 2013 to June 2014.Results Of al 30 cases, 16 cases are taken as inflammatory ones, and 3 cases are categorized into CIN 1, 10 cases are CIN, 2 cases are CINII, and one is CINIII, respectively. And one case of cervical cancer is diagnosed as carcinoma in situs of cervix.Conclusion The observation on the female’s cel morphology of vaginal cytology can be taken as the screening method of vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia.
