摘要
目的：探讨十二指肠损伤的临床有效治疗方法。方法对2012年6月～2014年6月收治的十二指肠损伤患者24例手术治疗方法结果进行分析。结果所有患者经手术证实，其中治愈21例，术后并发症8例，死亡3例。结论手术方式的选择要全面考虑十二指肠损伤程度、患者全身状况以及伴随损伤尤其是胰腺损伤情况，以便作出正确选择。
ObjectiveThe effective clinical treatment methods of duodenal injury to be investigated.Methods Analyzing the surgical treatment data selected from 24 cases of patients with duodenal injury who are treated in hospital from June 2012 to June 2014.Results Al the cases of patients operated with surgery, there are 21 cases of patients cured and there are 8 cases of patients having complications and 3 cases of patients died.Conclusion It is suggested that the damage state of duodenal injury, the health state of patients and their injury, especially for the pancreatic injury, into account in order to make the proper choice of surgical methods.
