摘要
广义虚拟经济时代,商业模式创新已成为企业获得竞争优势的重要手段。以二元价值容介态理论为指导,本文采用案例研究方法,以海尔集团商业模式创新为研究对象,从产品创新、渠道创新和流程创新三方面总结了其成功经验。其中,产品创新体现在设计的个性化、功能的细致化、使用的智能化和产品的整体化,渠道创新体现在拓宽渠道类型和创新体验价值,流程创新体现在增加服务内容和改善效率。
In the age of generalized virtual economy, the innovation of business model has become an im-portant means to gain competitive advantage. Based on dualistic value accommodated-medium state theory, the paper takes Haier Group as a case to study how to innovate. Haier Group innovates business model in the domains of product, marketing channel, business process. Product innovation is embodied in personalized designing, detailed function, intelligent using and overall appliances. Channel innovation is embodied in broadening channel types and innovating experience. Business process innovation is embodied in adding service and improving efifciency.
